Over 150 years old and built to the traditional Scottish design, Braefoot Guest House is at the heart of the little village of Borgue. Surrounded by undulating agricultural land and only a short distance from the north Solway shore, Borgue makes an ideal base from which to tour beautiful Dumfries and Galloway or to relax and enjoy peaceful countryside and little hidden coves and beaches.

Guest accommodation comprises of one large family room and one twin room. Both rooms are situated on the first floor and may not be suitable for elderly or infirm. The guest rooms are non-smoking. Small pets by prior arrangement only please. Evening meals and packed lunches can be provided by arrangement.

Family Room.
This light and airy room is attractively furnished and has a large double bed and a single bed. A cot is also available The room has en-suite toilet and wash hand basin, and there is ample storage for clothing, cases etc. The room is equipped with a colour television and tea and coffee making facilities. All bed linen, towels etc are provided and a hair dryer is available.

Twin Room
This attractive and light room faces towards the west with views of our magnificent sunsets. It is furnished with comfortable twin beds and soft fabrics, it too is equipped with a colour television and tea and coffee making facilities. All bed linen, towels etc are provided and a hair dryer is available.

Evening meals and packed lunches can also be supplied. Please ask for more details.
